    Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data — written in plain English.

    Last updated: 1 May 2026

    1. Who we are

UK ETA APP ONLINE ('we', 'us', 'our') is a UK destination consulting firm registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at 28223 Isabella, Mission Viejo, CA 9269.

We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our destination consulting, relocation, schooling and immigration coordination services. You can contact our data protection lead at [email protected].

    2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you use our website (uketa-app.online), engage us as a client, attend a discovery call, complete a contact form or interact with us by phone, email or WhatsApp.

It applies to individual clients, dependants, corporate assignees and authorised representatives of corporate clients (such as HR or global mobility teams).

    3. Personal data we collect

Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, nationality and country of residence.

Move-related data: destination city, family composition, school requirements, housing preferences, budget, intended move dates and lifestyle requirements.

Immigration coordination data: passport details, visa history, employer details and other information strictly required to coordinate immigration matters.

Financial data: billing address and payment card information processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and analytics data when you use our website.

    4. How we use your personal data

To deliver the destination consulting services you have requested, including area orientation, home search, schooling and settling-in support.

To communicate with you about your engagement, respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls.

To coordinate with third parties on your behalf — for example letting agents, schools, banks, GPs and immigration advisors — only with your explicit instruction.

To meet our legal, regulatory and accounting obligations under UK law.

To improve our services, our website and the security of our systems.

    5. Lawful bases for processing

We process personal data under one or more of the following UK GDPR lawful bases: performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and your consent (which you may withdraw at any time).

    6. Sharing your data

We share data only as needed to deliver your engagement: with letting agents, schools, banks and other suppliers you instruct us to engage; with OISC-trained immigration advisors when you request immigration coordination; with our regulated payment processor; and with our IT and professional service providers under written contracts.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not accept commissions or referral fees from suppliers — our advice is paid for solely by you.

Where we engage processors outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

    7. How long we keep your data

We retain client engagement records for up to 7 years after the end of your engagement to meet UK accounting, tax and regulatory obligations. Discovery-call enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

    8. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (where applicable), restrict or object to processing, request data portability and withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

    9. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate the website and optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our pages. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

    10. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls and regular security reviews. Despite our efforts, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure — please contact us immediately if you suspect any compromise of your data.

    11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version is always published on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
