These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the UK ETA APP website (uketa-app.online) and any destination consulting, relocation, schooling or immigration coordination services we provide.

By using our website, booking a discovery call or engaging our services you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

UK ETA APP ONLINE is a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 28223 Isabella, Mission Viejo, CA 9269. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean UK ETA APP ONLINE.

We provide UK destination consulting services including, where requested: area orientation, home search and tenancy support, schooling and education placement, settling-in admin, cultural orientation and corporate mobility coordination.

Where your engagement requires immigration coordination, we work with OISC-trained advisors. We are not a regulated immigration advice firm in our own right and any regulated immigration advice will be provided by an appropriately authorised partner.

The exact scope of work will be confirmed in writing in your engagement summary or proposal before work begins.

Our fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Third-party costs (for example government fees, school registration fees or holding deposits) are paid by you separately and are not included in our retainer.

Retainers and milestone payments are due in advance of the relevant work. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and by UK bank transfer for corporate clients.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information to enable us to deliver your engagement, and to respond to reasonable requests for documentation, decisions and approvals within the timelines we agree.

Final decisions on housing, schools, immigration applications and any other recommendations remain yours. Our role is to research, advise, coordinate and execute under your instruction.

You may cancel an engagement at any time by giving written notice. Fees for work already completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Pre-paid fees for work not yet started will be refunded in full.

Where an engagement is delayed by your inability to provide information or instructions for more than 60 days, we may treat the engagement as cancelled and invoice for work completed to date.

We do not accept commissions, referral fees or kickbacks from letting agents, schools, removal firms or any other supplier. Our advice is paid for solely by you and is therefore independent and vendor-neutral.

We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will only disclose your information to suppliers acting on your behalf with your instruction, to professional advisors under duty of confidence, or where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us under that engagement in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties (such as letting agents, schools, banks or government bodies), or for losses that are not foreseeable, indirect or consequential.

All content on the uketa-app.online website — including text, graphics, logos and downloadable materials — is owned by or licensed to UK ETA APP and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law, infringes anyone's rights, introduces malicious code, attempts to gain unauthorised access or interferes with the proper operation of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version is always published on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated to clients in writing.

These Terms and any engagement with us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are based.
